Alan R. Polsky, Esq.

An attorney licensed to practice since 1976, Mr. Polsky is an energetic, experienced business problem solver and litigator. He has attained a prestigious “AV” rating (Very High to Preeminent legal ability with a Very High ethical standard) from his legal peers through Martindale-Hubbell.

Mr. Polsky is admitted to practice law in the State of California and the U.S. District Courts for Northern, Eastern, Central and Southern California. He has been highly successful numerous civil jury and judge trials, arbitrations and mediations.

Mr. Polsky has also served as a Judge Pro Tem for the Los Angeles County Superior Court.

Mr. Polsky’s clients include national and community financial institutions and lenders of all types, corporations, partnerships and individuals, who regularly retain him to represent them on a broad range of legal and business matters concerning liquidations, breach of contract, business operations, employee labor disputes, leasing, non-performing loans, real estate, collections, foreclosures, creditor’s rights and receiverships.
